Deeco Studio is a digital marketing agency and Shopify Partner in Auckland, strong on strategy, advertising, content and SEO for e-commerce and small business clients. Like most agencies built around marketing rather than engineering, the technical end of a client brief was the part that decided whether a project could be taken on at all.
That is a revenue problem before it is a delivery problem. Work gets declined, scoped down or handed to someone else, and the agency ends up smaller than its own pipeline.
