AI Integration Services
AI features and workflow automation built into the systems your clients already run, CRMs, websites, internal tools, by engineers who stay accountable for what ships.

Every client wants
"some AI" Nobody scopes it
"Can we add AI to this" is not a spec. Three things go wrong when it stays that vague.

How an AI Feature Actually Ships

Scope the Use Case
Build and Model the Cost

Ship and Watch
Scope the Use Case
We define what the feature has to do, what a wrong answer looks like, and where a human has to stay in the loop before any code is written.
Build and Model the Cost
Integration is built with error handling, fallback behaviour and logging from the start, and the running cost at real traffic is estimated before launch, not after.
Ship and Watch
Launched with monitoring on accuracy, cost and failure rate, so a problem is caught by us rather than reported by your client.

What We Actually Build
Four kinds of work, not one undifferentiated "AI" line item.

Where we draw the line
AI is a delivery multiplier here, not the identity of the company (see how-we-deliver). Two things follow from that on every integration.
AI drafts, a human decides
AI drafts an answer, a summary, a routing decision. Anything that moves money, deletes data or makes a claim on a client's behalf gets a human step, not an automated one.
We say no to bad scope
If a request cannot be scoped to a measurable use case, we say so before quoting it rather than building something neither of us can evaluate afterward.
Providers and platforms we integrate
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- n8n
- Make
- Zapier
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
We are not paid by, and do not resell, any of these providers. The right one is chosen per project on cost, accuracy and fit.
Why This Sits With Web
Engineers
An AI feature is still a feature. It fails the same way bad software fails.

Cost Modelled First
Running cost estimated before launch, not discovered on an invoice.
Humans Stay In The Loop
AI drafts. A person decides on anything that matters.
Monitored After Launch
Accuracy, cost and failures watched, not left to your client to notice.
Provider-Agnostic
OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, chosen on fit rather than a resale deal.
White Label
Sold and priced by your agency. We stay behind the brand.
How We Scopean AIIntegration
Where this connects to the rest of the work
AI integration rarely stands alone. It usually surfaces work in one of these areas.
Custom web development
Most AI features live inside a product that also needs building or rebuilding. The same team does both, so nothing gets handed off mid-project.
Custom web development →Website maintenance
An integration is a live system, not a one-time build. It needs the same monitoring and update discipline as the site it sits inside.
Website maintenance plans →White label delivery
Every integration on this page is available under your agency's brand, on the same white label terms as our web development work.

What Clients Say About the Delivery
Yusuf is amazing to work with! So positive and polite and delivers work at lightening speed! Highly recommend him!
Professional worker. Great attitude and got everything done in the timeframe he promised. Brought our website Semrush statues from a mid 70's to a 97%. Was always available to answer any questions we had. Will definitely hire him again for any projects going forward
Muhammad went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend working with him.
Highly skilled, and provides great quality work. Communication and Cooperation is fantastic!
Can it get any better than this? I was travelling and not able to send all the details for Muhammad, but he did amazing work and can I see he has years of experiences and is very profesional. In fact, I just hired him again. Highly recommended
Really great work in web design and web development. I can highly recommend him. Good communication and quick responses.
Muhammad quickly found the root of the problem and fixed it. He needed no hand holding, he just jumped right in a fixed it which was exactly what I needed.
Muhammad is a very experienced Wordpress Developer, I really like working with him!
Muhammad did an excellent job on our website and followed the brief. He is a good communicator and didn't hesitate to ask any questions about aspects of the design and layout. We would highly recommend him.
great to work with and solved our problems. Recommended!
Muhammad communicates well and has solid development expertise. He is fair in how he operates and will not charge for payment if the intended outcome is not possible despite spending the time researching the solution
Super helpful and really creative with implementing landing page design for an online course. I'm grateful for his support and effort in being accessible for updates and changes. Looking forward to working with him again!
Muhammad went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend working with him.
AI Integration FAQs
No. Devbion is a web engineering team that uses AI to work faster. Concretely we wire a CRM to a website so leads land where the team actually works, automate workflows currently done by hand, add AI-enabled features such as a support assistant or a lead-qualification step, and keep it all working when the platform or model changes.
No, and almost nobody in this space genuinely needs to. We integrate existing providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google's models, into real applications, which is a different discipline: prompt design, cost control, fallback behaviour when a provider is slow or wrong, and making sure a human reviews anything that matters. Model training is a research problem for a handful of companies. Integration is an engineering problem for everyone else, and it is the one your clients actually have.
It will, and the design has to assume that rather than hope around it. That means confidence thresholds that hand off to a human rather than guess, logging so a wrong answer can be traced, and keeping AI out of any step where being wrong causes real damage: sending money, deleting data, making a legal claim.
Every AI call has a per-request price, so a feature that looked cheap in testing can get expensive at real traffic. We estimate the running cost before we build, design in caching and rate limits where they help, and tell you what a bad month looks like before it happens rather than after the invoice.
Yes, on the same white label terms as everything else we build. See [white label web development](/white-label-web-development) for how the arrangement works. Your agency prices and sells the automation or the AI feature, we build and maintain it, and your client never sees our name.
Usually work with them. Zapier, Make and n8n are the right tool for a large share of automations. We reach for custom code when a workflow needs logic those platforms cannot express cleanly, when volume makes their per-task pricing expensive, or when a step needs to call an AI model with error handling they do not offer.
This page is about building and wiring systems: automation, integrations, AI-enabled features. Ongoing site performance, Core Web Vitals and technical SEO work lives on its own page. The two often connect: an automation that removes manual work frequently also removes the errors that were quietly hurting a site's performance or rankings, and we will flag that when we see it rather than treat the two as unrelated.
