Yes. Our published plans at [$99, $199 and $299 a month](/services/website-maintenance/plans-and-pricing) are what we invoice you. What you charge your client is entirely your decision, and we never see or reference your client-facing price.
No, unless you specifically ask us to join a call under your own name. Reports, updates and any incident communication route through you. This is working practice on every account, and formal client-protection terms sit in the signed agreement rather than as a guarantee on this page.
The retainer ends when you tell us to end it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee on any plan. If the site moves to a new owner, we hand over access cleanly and stop billing from that point.
Yes, on every tier. Reports are written to be forwarded or rebranded, not sent as a Devbion-branded PDF that gives away who actually does the work.
Most of the sites we maintain were not. We start every new maintenance client with a free health check: hosting, PHP version, plugin inventory, known vulnerabilities and backup state, whoever built the site. You get that report before committing to anything ongoing.
Each site takes its own plan, priced at $99, $199 or $299 depending on how much changes on it monthly. Running three or more sites with us routes to a conversation about agency terms rather than subscribing to individual plans, so your own margin on the arrangement stays intact.
