Published Prices, Stated Limits
Three monthly plans with the price, the included hours and the overage rate on the page, not behind a call.

The three plans
Separated by how much changes on the site each month. The maintenance baseline is identical across all three.
- Uptime monitoring
- Staging-first update policy
- Malware scanning and cleanup
- Security patching
- SSL and domain expiry monitoring
- PHP and platform version management
- Core Web Vitals monitoring
- White label under your agency's brand

Prices are per site, per month, in USD, plus applicable tax, and can be cancelled at any time. Included time covers content changes and small development work, tracked in 15 minute increments; anything beyond it is quoted at $25 per hour and approved by you before we start. Plans assume the site is in a maintainable state. Running three or more sites with us? Talk to us about agency terms instead of subscribing here.
How the hours work
Content and small change requests are counted separately from development hours for new work, because they are different kinds of demand on the same plan.
Content and small changes
Text edits, image swaps, form field changes, minor layout adjustments. Essential includes 2 hours a month, Growth 4, Managed 8.
Development for new work
New features, integrations or larger changes beyond routine upkeep. Not included on Essential, 2 hours on Growth, 4 on Managed.
What sits outside a plan
Two things are deliberately not published here.
Agency and volume pricing
Running three or more sites with us routes to a conversation rather than a published rate, so your own margin on the arrangement stays intact.

If a health check finds work needed before a plan makes sense, that is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly into a subscription.

Pricing FAQs
Ours is $99, $199 or $299 per site per month. The difference is how much changes on the site each month rather than how large it is: Essential covers 2 hours of content and small changes, Growth 4 hours plus 2 development hours, Managed 8 hours plus 4. Comparing headline prices without comparing included hours is misleading.
We tell you before the work starts, not after it appears on an invoice. Additional time is $25 per hour, quoted against the specific request and approved by you first. If overflow happens most months, moving up a tier is usually cheaper: the step from Growth to Managed is $100 a month for six more hours. Hours do not roll forward, so pick the tier that matches a normal month rather than your busiest one.
Per site, per month. An agency running several client sites pays per site at the published rate, unless the total reaches three or more sites, in which case we move the conversation to agency terms rather than stacking individual subscriptions.
No. There is no annual plan and no discount for prepaying. Every plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, which we think is a fairer trade for both sides than locking in a year for a small discount.
Uptime monitoring, staging-first updates, malware scanning, security patching, SSL and domain expiry monitoring, PHP and platform version management, and Core Web Vitals monitoring. These sit above the comparison table because every tier includes them; what differs between tiers is update frequency, backup retention and included hours.
No trial, but every new client starts with a free health check before committing to a plan, so you know the site's real condition first. If a site needs remedial work before a plan makes sense, we say so and quote it separately rather than starting a subscription on an unstable site.
