What they came to us with
Absolute IT has been the managed IT provider on Queensland's Sunshine Coast since 2005, and web design is one of the services they sell to their own SMB clients alongside IT support, security and backup.
That creates the harder version of a quality problem. It is not enough for their own site to be right. Every client site sold under the Absolute IT name has to meet the same standard, because a client who gets a weaker site than the one that sold them the service notices immediately. Their pitch is prevention over reaction, and a slow or sloppy site argues against it.
